Al inscribirse en Data Connections 2024 (el "evento"), organizado por con terra geoIT S.L.U. (el “organizador”) y apoyado por empresas afiliadas, el participante reconoce que ha leído, entendido y aceptado las siguientes condiciones de participación:

 

Inscripción

Al inscribirse, el participante acepta las normas de la organización correspondiente. 

 

La inscripción debe realizarse a través de la página oficial del evento. El pago de los derechos de inscripción puede efectuarse mediante tarjeta de crédito o transferencia bancaria. La inscripción solo se confirmará una vez que se haya abonado la totalidad de los costes de inscripción. Recomendamos abonar las tasas lo antes posible para asegurarse la plaza.

 

El número de participantes es limitado y los organizadores se reservan el derecho de restringir o denegar la entrada al evento.

 

A su llegada al evento, el participante recibirá una tarjeta de identificación que servirá como prueba de su inscripción. El participante debe llevar este distintivo a la vista en todo momento durante el evento.

 

Cancelación y cambios

El participante podrá cancelar su inscripción antes del 23 de mayo de 2024, siguiendo el enlace "Ver detalles del pedido" incluido en el correo electrónico de confirmación de pedido. Se reembolsarán los gastos de inscripción de las cancelaciones recibidas antes de la fecha límite, excepto una tasa de cancelación de 29 EUR para cubrir los gastos administrativos.

 

En ningún caso se reembolsarán los gastos de inscripción por cancelaciones recibidas fuera de plazo o por no asistir al evento sin notificación previa.

 

El participante podrá transferir su inscripción a otra persona de la misma organización o empresa en cualquier momento antes del primer día del evento notificándolo a fme@conterra.es.

 

El organizador no asume ninguna responsabilidad sobre costes derivados de la cancelación de la inscripción como reservas de hotel y otros gastos de viaje.

 

Fuerza mayor

Pasada la fecha límite, no se reembolsarán los costes de inscripción en caso de no asistencia, anulación o aplazamiento del acto por los motivos que se exponen a continuación: Acontecimientos fuera del control de las partes, como pandemias o enfermedades, desastres naturales, problemas relacionados con los viajes, huelgas, órdenes gubernamentales o actos de terrorismo.

 

Cambios en los eventos 

El organizador se reserva el derecho a modificar el evento en cualquier momento a su entera discreción. El organizador se compromete a hacer todo lo posible para comunicar cualquier cambio en las conferencias, ponentes y horarios.

 

Uso de contenidos multimedia y privacidad

Durante el evento se tomarán fotos y vídeos con el objetivo de su utilización con fines promocionales y comerciales en páginas web, redes sociales y otros materiales de con terra. A menos que el participante indique lo contrario, se considerará que ha dado su consentimiento para que su imagen se utilice en fotografías y vídeos de esta forma. Si el participante no desea ser fotografiado o grabado, debe comunicárselo con antelación al organizador en la dirección de contacto fme@conterra.es.

 

El organizador declina toda responsabilidad por la grabación de la imagen del participante por otros participantes en formato multimedia durante el evento.

Limitación de responsabilidad

El organizador no será responsable del robo, pérdida o daño de ordenadores, dispositivos móviles u otros bienes personales, de la pérdida, daño o acceso no autorizado a datos o sistemas, ni de ninguna otra pérdida, reclamación o daño que se derive o esté relacionado de algún modo con su participación en el Evento. EN NINGÚN CASO EL ORGANIZADOR SERÁ RESPONSABLES DE NINGÚN IMPORTE SUPERIOR A LOS DERECHOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN QUE HAYAN SIDO ABONADOS POR EL PARTICIPANTE PARA ASISTIR AL EVENTO, YA SEA EN CONCEPTO DE DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS O DE OTRO TIPO.
 

By registering for Data Connections 2024 (the Event), hosted by con terra geoIT S.L.U. (Organizer) and supported by affiliated companies, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following:

 

Registration

By registering, you agree to the rules of the respective venues.

 

Registration must be made through the official registration site. Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that your registration will not be confirmed until all registration fees are paid in full. We recommend that you pay the fees as soon as possible to secure your place.

 

The number of participants at the Event is limited and the organizers reserve the right to limit or deny access at their discretion.

 

Upon your arrival at the Event, you will be issued an Event badge that will serve as proof of your registration. Please always carry this badge in plain view during the Event.

 

Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel your registration by following the "Order Details" link included in your order confirmation email until the 23th of May 2024. Registration fees for cancellations received before this deadline will be refunded, except for a cancellation fee of EUR 29 to cover administrative costs.

 

Registration fees for cancellations received after the deadline or for no-shows without prior notice will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

You may transfer your registration to another person from the same organization or company at any time prior to the first day of the Event by notifying fme@conterra.es.

 

The organizer shall not be liable for other costs derived from the cancellation such as hotel and travel reservations.

 

Force majeure

After the cancellation deadline, registration fees will not be refunded in the Event of non-attendance, cancellation or postponement of the Event for the following reasons: events beyond the control of the parties, such as pandemics or diseases, natural disasters, travel-related problems, strikes, government orders or acts of terrorism.

 

Event changes 

The organizer reserves the right to change the Event at any time at their sole discretion. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes to presentations, speakers, and times.

 

Use of multimedia and privacy

The organizer may take photos and videos during the Event for use on con terra websites, social media platforms and other materials for promotional, commercial or other business purposes. Unless you indicate otherwise, you will be deemed to have consented to the use of your image in photos and videos in this manner. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please contact the organizer before the Event at fme@conterra.es.

 

The organizer disclaim any liability for the recording of your image by other participants in a multimedia format during the Event.

Limitation of liability

The organizer shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage to computers, mobile devices or other personal property, for loss, damage or unauthorized access to data or systems, or for any other loss, claim or damage arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE ORGANIZERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS BORNE BY THE PARTICIPANT OTHER THAN THE REGISTRATION FEES PAID FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, WHETHER IN DAMAGES OR OTHERWISE.
